Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager at Swagstay Hotels located in Nagpur. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities to maximize revenue and meet/exceed business goals, creating and executing sales plans, and building and maintaining relationships with customers, clients, and key stakeholders. The Hotel Sales Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with marketing teams, preparing sales reports and presentations, and managing the sales team towards success.

Qualifications

• Must be from hotel sales background
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
• Strong Marketing skills with an ability to create and execute sales plans
• Understanding of revenue management and ability to analyze reports
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Experience

 Must have1 year or above in hotel sales/Banquet Sale
